To ensure a smooth and transparent transaction, please review the following details. By conducting business with us, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to these points.

All machinery and equipment are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. As these are pre-owned items, they do not come with a standard warranty.

Depending on the specific machine, a separate maintenance or warranty package may be available at an additional cost. Please consult with our sales representative regarding the availability of the “Saran Maintenance Support.”

As we specialize in the sale of second-hand industrial machinery, Saran Corporation assumes no liability for hidden defects or malfunctions discovered after the sale.

Customers are not entitled to request price reductions, waivers, damage claims, or contract cancellations based on the condition of the equipment. We strongly encourage on-site inspections prior to purchase.

Due to the nature of used machinery, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the contract is finalized and the product is dispatched.

While we strive to keep our online stocklist updated in real-time, there may be instances of data lag or human error regarding descriptions, specifications, and availability.

In the event of a discrepancy between the website description and the actual machine, the physical condition and specifications of the actual machine will take precedence.

• Machinery Orders

If a customer cancels an order after the contract is signed, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If no deposit has been paid, a cancellation penalty of 20% of the total contract price will be invoiced.

• Parts & Tools

Cancellations or changes are not accepted once the order has been processed. Please verify all specifications before confirming your order.

Shipment or release of equipment will only occur after receipt of the payment is confirmed in our designated bank account.

• Payment methods
• Bank Transfer or Cash.

**All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

As Saran Corporation primarily engages in B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions and international trade, all prices quoted are excluding tax (Consumption Tax) unless otherwise stated.

Unless explicitly stated as “C&F” or “CIF,” all quoted prices are for pickup at our yard/warehouse (EXW – Ex Works).

Domestic shipping, specialized packing, and crane fees are at the customer’s expense.

For machine purchases (buy-backs), our appraisal typically includes the cost of removal and transport unless otherwise negotiated. Customers also have the option to deliver equipment directly to our yard themselves upon prior arrangement.

Basic loading onto a truck at our facility is generally included. However, for oversized machinery requiring specialized disassembly or export-standard vacuum packing/shoring, additional labor and material charges will apply.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is prepared (foundation, power supply, etc.) before delivery.

Saran Corporation can provide installation and commissioning services through our technical team for an additional fee.

Please note that Saran Corporation acts as a distributor of used goods and does not fall under the category of “Manufacturer” as defined by the Product Liability Act.

Saran Corporation is an experienced exporter. If you intend to ship the equipment overseas:

• Trade Compliance

Exporting certain technologies or machinery may require permission from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.

• Legal Responsibility

If you purchase domestically and export the item yourself, you are responsible for legal compliance. Saran Corporation reserves the right to terminate transactions if we suspect any potential violation of international trade laws or “catch-all” controls.

Acceptance is deemed complete once the customer (or their representative) has inspected the machine at our warehouse or once the machine leaves our premises.

Any issues arising during transit or after the machine leaves our control are the responsibility of the buyer unless a specific shipping insurance policy has been arranged.
